Chris Auletta started his career in real estate with Century 21 in upstate New York and although he had a degree in finance, he had a passion for real estate and wanted to gain a better understanding of the business; as it related to the finance world.​

During the 2008 recession, Chris focused his efforts on serving the community by assisting hundreds of homeowners in avoiding foreclosure by helping them successfully navigate the loan modifications and short sale process. Once the market recovered, he realized he could continue to help homeowners facing real estate challenges by helping them avoid the hurdles associated with the traditional selling process. He partnered with a team of general contractors and began financing and renovating homes in the Charleston, SC real estate market.

However, there is no place like home. It wasn’t long before Chris and his wife, Brenda, missed their home state and decided to bring their mission to help people get through the selling process back home to the Tampa Bay area.

James Steffy has been an entrepreneur for over a decade and lives right here in Pinellas County with his wife, Ariadna. With a background in building and construction, James has always loved the process of fixing things and is a problem solver at heart.

He transitioned into real estate five years ago and began buying houses and providing solutions for people who needed to sell their properties quickly, regardless of their situation. From burnt out landlords, to inherited properties, foreclosures, and everything in between, James has helped dozens of people solve their real estate problems.

James is passionate about helping people and works hard to provide friendly and professional services to everyone who contacts him. His mission is to make sure clients ensure feel good about the entire process of selling their property, from start to finish.



Wayne Arnold started his investing career in his 20’s while working as a part-time steel mill worker in New Jersey. By the age of 40, Wayne was ready to move on from the steel mill and decided to pack up and head to the Sunshine State to launch a career in real estate.

Wayne has been buying and selling real estate for the last 25 years and has closed deals on everything from self-storage buildings and single – family homes to warehouses and apartment buildings.

Wayne has expertise across a wide spectrum of real estate activities and is highly knowledgeable on just about every aspect of rehab projects. Wayne is actively involved in the real estate community and runs the weekly Creative Real Estate Exchangers (CREE) meeting with Peter Fortunato and James Steffy.
